  The process from start to finish was incredible. We had storm damage that resulted in other issues, the crew from Best Roofing actually came out and accessed the damages when they said they would. They also helped me with the process of choosing my roof material by explaining the different products that is available. Then they set a date of installation and they were here working on the day they said they would! We had an issue come up of some of my roof boards that were laid by the builder that was damaged from years of water, they immediately called me and showed me what they were finding, luckily it was only a few boards. They replaced those boards for me and Continued with my roof. Overall the job was amazing, they left my property clean and they also protected my downspouts from debris which is more than the last roofer/ builder did. I would highly recommend this company. We will Definitely use them in a future if the need presents itself.

  I chose Best Roofing, after considerable research, to replace my 11 year old roof that had suffered wind damage to the shingles. Michael Mumpower provided a fast and through proposal, and worked with my insurance carrier to upgrade certain items to conform to my county's building code. The start date was delayed a couple of times due to weather, but once the work started the crew completed it in a couple of days. The crew worked hard and safely on my steeply pitched roof. Roof replacement is a mess, but they cleaned up to the point one would not know they had been there. Michael was good to communicate and followed through on all of his promises. I would use them again and highly recommend this company.
