I hired Ray/Sarmo Construction to replace the flat roof over my house that was destroyed by hurricane Irma. Ray made the process very smooth, answered every text and returned all my phone calls promptly. Since this was my first damage claim and repair, I didn't know what to expect, but Ray was patient and explained the process. Everyone at his company was friendly, professional and very easy to work with. I recommended Sarmo Construction to my ex wife (who my son lives with) and they replaced the roof at her house, which was also damaged due to the hurricane. I highly recommend Ray and Sarmo Construction for any roofing and construction needs.

Words can't express what a delight it was to work with Ray, Sarah, and Daphne at Best Price Roofing.  They were always on time, respectful, communicative, and fair concerning pricing.  I highly recommend this company.

I can not praise Ray Sarmiento enough.  From the pricing thru completion everything that was promised was completed.  There were a few problems during the construction; A roll of felt fell thru the screen and when the materials were being removed from the old roof,  the debris stained the sides of the residence.  Ray did not argue; took full responsibility for the damage and paid to have the screen and the walls repaired; you will not find many companies that have a man of morals and ethics like Ray Sarmiento.
