  Charles Elliott came out to inspect my roof as I had notice some water spots in my garage. He did a full inspection and noticed I had some damage from a previous storm. So he helped me contact my insurance agent and even did most of the setting up for them to send someone out to look at it as well. Charles came back out when my insurance agent came out and stayed to answer any question he or I had. My insurance ended up approving a replacement roof and I was so happy that Charles was able to pretty much take it from there as far as paperwork, scheduling, install and even checking in on the project the day of installation. I am very happy with my new roof and the professionalism of Charles and the gentleman putting the roof on. I would highly recommend BCR and Charles to assist in the process and will refer friends and family to him in the future.

  My roof looks great! It was a pleasure working with Alec. He assisted me with the insurance claim and he kept me informed, I recommended him to most of my neighbors. The reason for four stars is the installation took longer than expected and they have to return for some minor adjustment. Charles the product manager was very supportive also

  Worked with Chris & Charles with my insurance claim & roof repair. Chris inspected our room & suggested putting in a claim with our insurance due to hail damage we had. Left it in his hand & all was approved. The contractors they picked were also well professional & good people. After all work was done Charles came by to do final inspection & it all looked good
