  Julian Mayo is absolutely wonderful! He was on time as well as very informative and knowledgeable. He provided a level of customer service I had never received from any other contractor and was able to help me have peace of mind as helped me through this headache of a process. The workmanship of the roof installation was impeccable and only took one day. I would easily recommend Julian Mayo and Best Choice Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof inspected for free and replaced through their insurance company.

  Horrible experience with Best Choice Roofing (Woodstock location). Stay away from this company, I do not recommend them whatsoever. I had my roof installed with them about two years ago. Shortly after, we experienced a leak. This was literally a couple days after installation. Two different people came out to inspect the situation and never found where the leak was coming from. My husband had to go out of his way to figure this out himself. He went up on the roof with a water hose and found the leak instantly. Only THEN was best choice roofing able to come to our home to repair this leak. My husband literally had to do this on his own and tell them exactly where the leak was coming from. Because of this leak, we had some interior water damage. I was told to get an estimate with a third party company for these repairs yet they never paid for any of it. Each time I call Best choice roofing, I am told "so and so doesn't work here anymore... we have no record of this leak whatsoever." I regret being so nice because I was taken advantage of. Horrible horrible company and customer service. It's been 2 years and this water damage has yet to be taken care of. STAY AWAY.

  I can’t say enough about the honest professionalism of Best Choice Roofing East Atlanta. I called on a Sunday and Zach answered. Jeremey responded within 5 minutes and came to my home the next day. The roof was inspected and repaired within a week. Awesome service and with a caring attitude. Had a new roof put on at my home in Lawrenceville in 2016 by Best Choice Roofing and it was outstanding! Best Choice Roofing really is the best choice!
