  Can't say enough good things about Best Choice Roofing. Their ratings are well deserved. Bjorn went above and beyond my expectations to ensure the job was done on time and correctly. Would not hesitate to recommend them. I did a lot of research before choosing Best Choice Roofing because there are so many shady, fly-by-night roofing companies. A warranty is only as good as the company offering it - many claim to have been in business for 20 years, but fail to mention its been under 20 different names.   Final roof product is okay but the subcontractor was careless. Left trash all over the roof and in the gutters. The PM had them come back out to clean up and they simply blew the nails and trash down the gutters with a leaf blower. Scratched gutters when demoing old shingles and leaning ladders against with no protection. When they left, they drove through my yard leaving tire ruts. Best choice was easy to work with for the most part, however the whole quoting/payment process could be more transparent and organized. They don’t quote the job with a breakdown of costs. They simply use the full amount your insurance quotes, then charges more for “upgrades or extra work”. I have been told I owe different amounts multiple times by different employees. A feeling of uncertainty definitely arises. Overall I wouldn’t use them again. Too many headaches with the subcontractors and discrepancies with Best Choice.

  A huge thank you to Best Choice Roofing! They finished our roof this morning and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the process was so smooth.
