  Best Choice roofing inspected my moms home after identifying hail damage from a past storm. Ronnie did the inspection and was there through the whole process to answer our questions. He was always on time and made sure he came to every adjuster meeting and kept in constant contact with us and the adjuster. He came to the house and explained the contract thoroughly and answered any questions that came! Highly recommend Best Choice Roofing for all roofing needs!

  From Day 1, Ronnie, the inspector, was very thorough. He has been very honest, genuine and personable. In my opinion Ronnie has gone way above his job description to help us. I had plenty of reservations about hail damage, getting a roof and who to choose, but he was patient, with me, lol. The company has made this process very easy and flawless. The roofers were in and out in one day and cleaned up well behind themselves. Also, I believe any company would do well to have Mrs. Shayla, the lady in the office. She really cares about her job and her customers(which is hard to find these days). She too, was detailed in giving the exact numbers and expectations of her company. There really was no guess work involved. This team seems to be well put together. Take it as you will, but my family and I were impressed. We would definitely use this company again. The 5 year labor warranty was an added bonus to this experience because I surely don't want to go up there~ Grateful.

  Best Choice Roofing certainly lives up to their name. John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and he explained the process to me in a very clear, professional way. In an industry that lacks transparency and honesty, John at Best Choice Roofing is the exception. He guided my family through every step in the insurance process, handled my claim well, was punctual, and helped with finances. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
