  Terrible. I mean where to start. They left tools and shingles on my roof. Used the wrong vents for my bathroom exhaust. It was only a few days job and they took off half day to go to the Brewer game instead. Nails everywhere. I'm still finding nails 2 years later. Didn't reinstall my dish properly after insisting they knew how. I've been trying get Kevin Bicknell (the owner) to come back and fix an area where they just left an open hole, and he won't come to fix it. And finally he called me an a-hole in a text message. The very worst and most unprofessional contractor I have ever had the mistake of hiring!!

  Kevin Bicknell (Paul Kevin Bicknell) from Best Choice Roofing did a job for me consisting of a garage and fixing the improperly installed flashing that has been leaking into my kitchen when it rains hard, which he did earlier. When he finished the garage I paid him in full telling me he was going to head over to my 2nd house to fix the flashing. He called and said he would do it the following week because he had another job to start. Well that wasn't cool since it was actively leaking but I said ok. Since then I never heard back from him and have left several messages. Since he was already paid for the job he figured he didn't need to actually do it. Dumb on my part as well. He is a crook.

  I am very happy with the job Kevin and his team did for me. He gave me a great price and communicated with me throughout the entire process about what they were doing and answered all my questions. Kevin made me feel the job he was doing for me was his number one priority.
