Thank you to Dan and everyone who came to work on my house. When Best Buy says a one day job, they mean a one day job!! The crew was extremely nice and did an amazing job on my home. They came the day after my estimate and installed 33ft of drain and replaced my sump pump. I'm soooo pleased I chose this company and I would recommend them to anyone.

When I had a leak in my basement, I called Best Buy waterproofing to come take a look. Rob came by and did an excellent job disclosing what the issues were and what they could do to fix it. He was super helpful and friendly and was even able to fit my project in without having to wait weeks. The work they did was excellent and have not had any issues since. The warranty also give me peace of mind that if anything were to happen, they would be there to fix it. Highly recommend Rob and Best Buy Waterproofing!

We needed to waterproof our basement due to periodic flooding. Best Buy Waterproofing came out the next day and were able to provide an explanation for the flooding, as well as a reasonable quote for the repairs. When we decided to move forward with the work, they were at our house within the week and were able to get everything done in one day. Our contact Rob Fields was personable and offered a wealth of knowledge on the engineering behind the proposed work. We would definitely recommend Best Buy to our family and friends.
