  Made an appointment for Tuesday June 30th for 10am. They never showed. When I called at 10:30 to find out when they were coming they had to ask for my address again. I told them not to northerlies if this is the way they handle their business I’d hate to see their work. Very poor business practices.

  We met Josh a while back when we were in the process of purchasing a home. A second opinion was needed on a couple of things in the house, otherwise the deal was potentially going to fall through. After reading great reviews about Best Built online, I called and he was able to stop over that evening. Now, 1.5 years later, we've hired Josh to work on a couple things in our new home and couldn't be happier. Not only is he reliable, knowledgable and great at what he does, he's also extremely fair. We're lucky to have found him.
