  So disappointing. We paid Benchmark $3,500 for a new roof on our small townhouse less than 2 years ago. We were told it included up to 15 pieces of plywood as well as the shingles. When they were done they told us they ended up using all the the plywood (yay! Right?...) Wrong! We just sold our house and the roof FAILED inspection. NONE of the plywood was replaced and the same original and deteriorating plywood is still on it. Turns out they just reschingled over old rotten wood, lied and cashed our check. Now we need to pay for a whole new roof all over again. Beware!!! And watch and double check their work. We've tried reaching out to them and are getting the run around. Apparently the business was sold to a new owner last May and Aaron has not returned any of our calls. When you buy someone else's company, you are buying their name, customers, and past work. What a disappointment .

  We recently did a kitchen remodel and the work they did was fantastic. They were always courteous and worked very clean. I plan on having them back for some future projects and would recommend them to anyone.
