  Adam and his crew as well as sub-contractors were totally awesome. We were flooded from an adjoining townhome on June 17, 2021. They were on site within an hour of calling them. Mitigation of everything that was wet was accomplished within a few days. Restoration/remodeling exceeded our expectations and we are so totally happy with the final product. I might add that this is the second time in 5 years we have needed this service and in both cases, Adam Baker and the Belfor crew exceeded our expectations.

  I came home from work on the afternoon of October 28th 2021 to a HUGE disaster. The cold water supply to my washing machine literally blew the valve off and ran unchecked in my home all day releasing an estimated 2000 gallons of water. I got the water shut off and called my insurance agent. Within ONE HOUR I got a call from Mr. Adam Baker of Belfor. He assured me that this was the type of situation that he and his company were professionally trained and equipped to deal with. Adam an his crew came out to my home the very next day to assess the damage and prepare an estimate for mitigation. On the third day a crew of three along with Adam arrived from Belfor with literally truckloads of equipment to begin and complete the project which took about three weeks. True to Adams word I was treated with kindness, respect, courtesy and a truly professional attitude by the crew and especially from Adam. He worked closely with my insurance company to come up with an honest and fair bid for the mitigation and subsequent repairs to my home. Adam stayed in touch with me on a daily basis by calling me or checking on progress during the entire process. In this day and age it is it is very rare to experience such a high level of customer service. I now count Adam Baker as a true friend. Belfor Property Restoration has my absolute highest recommendation.
