  We had a very bad hailstorm in Eastern Colorado. I used Beer before and was very impressed for a leak in the roof. This time I have to only rate a four. KhaLi was overseeing the job at first but then went on vacation but she was trying her hardest to supervise from the east coast. I compliment her on that. I ran in to problems with State Farm getting at least an adjuster. I had called the claim the following day after the storm because it occurred on a weekend. Then problems started. Had to wait for the check to come from State Farm, send it to the mortgage company, back to me and then to Beer. Not blaming Beer, just don’t hold your breath for State Farm. I upgraded my shingles to impact resistant, paid from my pocket. Those were hard to find. Other than the insurance company’s problem, the problem I had with Beer was just showing up when the crew wanted or they would leave to get a part and come back a few days later. This was a different crew so that was probably the problem. It was finally finished and so far so good. I sill do recommend them,

  Absolutely a horrible and disappointing experience! We went on contract in December for a job to be completed at the end of the month. Then we were delayed until Mid-January, then was told first of February. Then I call them because they did not show up (or call) only to have their salesperson James tell me he was surprised and thought the job was done. He would follow up. James then stopped taking my calls and stopped all communication with me. I finally called their office in Texas and was told the Colorado Springs Manager Justin would call me to get this resolved. He called and promised to follow-up with a status the next week and get this resolved. Nearly 2 weeks went by and nothing! Finally he texted to tell me they were looking into if my job needed a permit! We had been on contract for 3 months (job was supposed to be started in December) and he didn’t even know if the work needed a permit! How do you not know what jobs require a permit! I then received an email telling me good news, our job was to begin in the next week.... The very next day I received an email from a do not reply account telling me they can’t do the work anytime soon, I should find another contractor because they do not have anyone certified to pull a permit!!!!! No one can pull a permit?!?!! I am certainly feeling like we dodged a bullet not having them do the work!!! But after over 3 months of waiting and multiple promises that they would absolutely complete the job, they did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to call me, I get an email from a Do not reply email account. That is how they treat their customers who have been very patient and waited months! Not good!

  Beer Roofing & Remodeling came out to do a maintenance inspection and re-caulking last month. They provided me with pictures and a bunch of information regarding my stone coated steel roof. They were honest and told me my roof was in good shape, if you want an honest opinion I recommend giving them a call!
