We've had Beck Family Roofing out for a repair, snow removal, and then a new roof. They were prompt, estimate matched final cost, and work was quality! I am confident the job was done right! Will definitely continue to use Beck Family.

I moved into a house in center city Philadelphia where the previous owners had used Beck family roofing to replace the roof. Within 2 years of replacing the roof there was a notable leak causing significant damage. I called to use their warranty. After chasing them around for months to get them to come honor their warranty I had to hire a different service to fix the issue. They not only cost me hours of effort calling (not to mention the owner yelled at me for requesting an appointment time) but money as the issue only got worse. I should have gone to a more reliable roofer the second I realized what this company was

Sebi If your are going to leave a review please give correct information. We did not install a new roof for the previous owner. We did a basic maintenance with a two year guarantee. Our guarantee on repairs says we will come out up two to times to troubleshoot the repair if needed and we always come out until the leak is found I have never and will never leave a homeowner stranded. I came to your property in the wind and the rain twice in the same week because you could not understand that no repairs could be done in the rain. I even spoke to you on the phone multiple time and made repairs in the rain to try and keep you happy. So just to clear up the things you left out. 1. This was not a new roof 2.This was a repair guarantee we had with the previous owner. 3.The repair guarantee says up two times in two years that was over the two year mark. 4. I came out in heavy winds and heavy rains because you could not or did not want to understand we could not do repairs in the rain. 5. I Did everything I could do with the weather situation to keep you happy with a guarantee that was over its date, an agreement I had with a previous owner. 6. The only reason you ended up in this situation is you called my cell phone, office and emailed me non stop to the point I did not want to deal with you anymore. Even though this was not under warranty anymore I would have stuck with it to we figured the leak out. I answered every email phone call and text message. I explained to you there is nothing I could do with over a week of non stop rain. If your going to leave a review in attempt to damage a reputation Ive worked so hard to keep please make sure not to leave out this important information

Scheduled multiple appointments with them to which they never showed AND never called to tell me they would not be showing. They then lied to my property management about me being unresponsive and unavailable for them to survey my rental. I'm preparing my paper trail proving otherwise and forwarding to my management company in hopes that they take their business elsewhere. Stay away from these people. Extremely unprofessional.
