  My roof was installed in a timely manner and looked wonderful. The issue was that I noticed a big gap that looked like a piece of metal was cut too short. They told me that my gutter is supposed to come over farther and they followed their specifications. I asked why nobody had discussed this with me when the job was completed. I mean with this obvious imperfection I would think they would have mentioned why? I was then told that they would send their gutter guy over to add an extra piece of gutter to cover this area. Well I was told this multiple times and they never followed through. Basically once they are paid you might as well forget about any issues being fixed. I would not recommend this company due to their unprofessional business practices.
