  Scott at Beane Roofing gave us a great price and service on a repair. So when it came time for a full replacement , he was on our list for estimates. We went with Beane for the low price knowing we were going to get a good job. Months later, we are still beyond happy with the finished product and the looks.

  Scott's team helped us initially with temporary repairs after our roof was damaged during Florence. They made recommendations and after meeting with the insurance company, they replace our entire roof. The devasation in our county was widespread. They gave us a schedule and met the schedule and provided us with a first class job. That winter we had a couple of shingles break, and I called Scott and with in a week the repairs were made as promised. During Dorian, we had no issues with roof damage. I highly recommend Beane Roofing.

  Came in with a great quote for $5760 then switched out material without asking first and tried to charge quite a lot extra final invoice being $9567. It appears they might be low-balling to get the job. There was extra work with rotten wood that I was happy to pay for (and I did pay an extra $1100 - total $6860) but I had to complain to get them back to re-install the fascia trim that was ripped off in the process. Final insult, an inspection report came back with missing flashing as a code violation - they would not come out to rectify this so I have to pay someone else.

  Thank you for the review. Let's tell the whole story though. While we were replacing your roof we found out the entire rear slop of the roof had two layers of shingles. I advised there would be an extra charge to remove the second layer. We also found that the entire back length of the roof sheathing was rotten 12 inches up, over 20 rafter tails were rotten, the back fascia was also rotten. I advised about all of these needed repairs. We made the repairs to all the rotten wood. We bent new fascia metal. We reinstalled the vinyl soffit. After the job was completely done you advised that you were not paying for the change orders because I did not have anything signed in writing. You shorted me over $600. Like I advised you this morning. I am not coming back out to install a piece of kickout flashing that a home inspector thinks needs to be there since you did not pay me in full as you agreed to via text and email. I really did not want to air all this in public but you decided to not do the right thing and here we are.
