  Staff was willing to work with me until after normal closing hours to get material samples together for a customer presentation! However, counter guy was not familiar with the specific installation process for those materials in my proposed use.

  If you deliver goods with a Semi-truck like myself , stay parked half way down drive, and walk up to the office, it's a congested yard & work place.
