  WOW!!! My experience today with BCI was AWESOME -- absolutely AWESOME!! I have had a metal roof for about 9 years, but yesterday I noticed a stain on my ceiling. I tried to get up with the guy (independent roofer) who installed it, but he's apparently gone out of business. We're expecting another big rain in 2 days, and I was frantic. I called BCI this morning and talked to Mark. He said he would be at my house by noon to give me an estimate, and he was. Mark looked at my issue, went on my roof, did an inspection, took pictures on his phone, sat down with me to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and gave me an estimate. It was obvious Mark knew what he was talking about and knew how to fix my problem and stop my leak. When I asked how soon he could get to me to do the work because I was afraid of more damage with the pending rain, he said he would do it this afternoon!!! My roof has been fixed. My problem has been solved. I am thrilled with the customer service, the professionalism, and the expediency BCI gave me. If I could give 100 stars on this review, I certainly would.

  My home sustained significant water damage from a shingle roof that failed during Hurricane Florence. I did a fair amount of research on what to do regarding replacing the roof. Not only did BCI offer a competitive price, they also offered same as cash financing which allowed me to get the roof work done without waiting for insurance money to become available. Given the number of roofs in need of repair in the area, I still had to wait a while for the work to begin, but less than with the time estimates from other companies. When the work began, it became evident that the decking had also been compromised and needed replacement as well (which was expected). With Mark Bailey keeping me informed all along the process, the entire roof decking was removed, old skylights removed and all replaced with new material in just a couple days. Although there were some issues with some of the cosmetics on the trim work, these were resolved to my satisfaction without any confrontation needed and final payment was not requested until I was satisfied. This would have been a 5 star review had the trim work been done properly the first time, it says a lot about a company that recognizes problems and makes corrections it in both a timely and congenial manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

  BCI Metal Roofing, out of Bladenboro, NC, more than exceeded our expectations. The price was reasonable, the crew had it up in 2 days, and here we are, 3 or 4 years later, and it still looks brand new. I highly, highly recommend these guys.
