  Customer and Employee! Ok… I’m a little biased because I’ve worked with Baxter Construction for close to three years now and they have been an absolutely wonderful company to be with. My review however is focused on the work they have done for me over the past 15 years… two roof wind damage claims and help with a custom kitchen remodel. In regard to the roof claims… omg… I never knew how much was involved in working with my insurance company to get the most out of my claim and to get the insurance company to pay! Baxter did all of the fighting and negotiating with the insurance company and at first the insurance did not want to pay for the claim. Baxter was able to not only prove to the insurance adjuster that the claim was necessary but they were also able to get me full replacements with quality material and code upgrades! Very very happy! Kitchen remodel: they have incredible crew that did phenomenal work … I will post pics for you to see. Bottom line: Employee or not, I will always go to Baxter for all my insurance claim work and remodeling! Thank you

  I've used Baxter a number of times now for extensive water damage, both for myself as well as multiple family members and our children's private school. They are extremely quick to respond and get the process underway, and work directly with insurance to help remove the weight from our shoulders. We have jobs and life to do and dealing with insurance is not on the top of my list. But with Baxter, that is their job and they do it very well. I would recommend these guys every day!
