  Alex performed my home inspection for the home I recently purchased. I was very impressed with his level of service, professionalism and thoroughness. To begin with he was able to fit me into his schedule quickly, he got into inspect with in days of my offer being inspected. The report itself was incredibly thorough and well presented. I unfortunately was not able to be there during the inspection, so I was delighted to received a document with images, description and rating of each item that was inspected. It gave me great peace of mind to have proof of every item that had been reviewed, and the rating system made it easy for me to understand what items I needed to be most concerned. I also greatly appreciated that Alex was more than happy to talk and text with me about the items I had questions on. He responded to my calls and texts very quickly, and was a great resource. I highly recommend working with Baumann Home Inspection!

  Alex came to my house, and was on time which is definitely nice when waiting for these types of services can sometimes take hours. He thoroughly checked vegetation around the house to ensure the siding was in good shape, as well as got on the roof to look for any problem areas. Afterward he went inside and made sure the electrical outlets were all functioning and up to code, as well as getting under the house to make sure everything was sound as well. All together I feel more comfortable knowing where the major concerns are and knowing what needs to get done right away. Every question I had was answered in a detailed report which was sent to me the same day also. Alex did a great job and is definitely recommended.

  Very timely in getting the report back. Through and helpful
