How would you enjoy living in a house that sounds like airplane engines are running? Learning from their tech that the exhaust had not been installed, by them, correctly...which the tech said caused the failure of a part in the furnace? Being billed for labor to replace that...which they caused? Not enough space here to right how much we have gone through with a new unit from the start, stopped counting how many times techs have been here, and no returned emails, requests to B & G. No willingness from B & G to replace the unit covered by the warranty that they continuously milk out the time we suspect to have expire and then we are stuck...a complaint will be filed and possibly more if necessary.

Sounds like home warrenty companies need to know NOT to use this company. We have been dealing with them off and on for 3 years. Not only myself but the insurance adjuster is getting no response from them. Air handler started leaking and now we sit with a hole in out ceiling and can't get it fixed until the problem with the air handler is fixed. So much more to explain but not nearly enough space. According to other reviews I have seen they will not take any responsibilty for their screw ups. I wish I didn't even have to pick 1 star for them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Through the warranty company BG came out and found that it was a coil issue, we order the part and they were supposed to come out the next week. They appear to only have 1 installer and he called in sick for 2 days. It was strange to me that they only had one installer, but we waited. After the coil was installed, we noticed that the temperature wasn’t going down and a lot of air was coming out of furnace. It appeared that he didn’t put the vent tape around the unit. We called that night and was told they will not come out to fix it because the warranty company doesn’t cover emergency calls and that they don’t cover their install for emergency calls. Also was told, “it was working when I left”! After talking to the warranty company for 2 hours, we finally got a different company to come out and add tape and seal things up. I would recommend to read reviews before you allow anyone to come out
