  Mr. Bates is very professional, easy to work with and personable. My roof installation was completed in a day and his crew left NO debris or nails around the house or driveway. I am so pleased with the look of my new roof. I would highly recommend Bates Home Repair if you need a new roof!

  Came out gave a quote and then would not ever respond about coming to fix anything. Reached out later and he ignored me. Very unprofessional after saying he could do a job then never respond.

  I don't understand a bad review for someone when no work has been done. The thing is that you have the right to hire whomever you want, I have the right to refuse work for any reason. I simply had a bad feeling in my spirit about doing the work for you and your negative review on someone who has done no work verifies what I felt.
