  From the moment I reached out to get a quote, James and the crew Basin Roofing bent over backwards to help me get my roof replacement done. Every aspect of the job was done right- paperwork for the insurance company, scheduling (and showing up on time,) completing the job faster than promised, and leaving my yard better than they found it. I was blown away by their professionalism and efficiency, plus my new roof looks fantastic. I cannot think of a single thing they could have done better. Highly recommended.

  They came out the next day and finished our roof in one day. Brad gave us a good quote and told us to not pay them a penny until the job was 100% done and we were satisfied with it. He also helped us with our insurance claimed, took time out of his busy schedule to hell us with other problems that he did not have to do. Highly recommend these guys, ask for Brad.

  it started off great as everything usually always does. then things started to go down hill after they finished the roof. it was after they finished that we had a second storm come thru and my laundry room was leaking extremely bad. so bad that they had to redo all the sheet rock in it. well our quote was with the patio as well and Robert first thing he said no money out of your pocket at all if there is any difference in the amount I will take care of it. well then comes our patio that is tin not shingles. Robert came out and fixed it. it looked like he did a good job until we had the snow storm then there are leaks all over the patio were he didn't seal it up right and now he we have been trying to call him about the leaks and my calls are sent to straight voicemail. don't trust Robert when he says NO MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET! he charged me after he did everything a extra $3000 after he kept saying no out of pocket money. wasn't expecting this kind of service or work out of a company that is based in west Texas.
