  We have had a great experience with this company. They have been out to fix a leak on our house roof and they earned our business to put a new roof on our garage in the process. The 3 employees that have been here have been courteous and very professional. I hope the garage job will solidify our review.

  Not a great first impression using you guys. Hired you guys to fix a leak in the roof. Your guys came out, did some work but didn't fix the issue. Not a huge issue at first. Called back 4 different time and spoke with a lady on the phone who promised she would send someone out to complete repairs. She even scheduled a time and I arranged to be home. No one ever showed. Called back again, the issue repeated itself. Now i get bill when the work hasn't even been completed. Horrible customer service

  The crew of young men they sent were hard workers. They did an excellent job on tearing off & replacing our roof. They made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving for the evening. My husband was very pleased with their work and he should know as he is a retired carpenter. Would highly recommend Bash/Pepper to anyone looking to replace their roof.
