We worked with Arick who negotiated with our Insurance and took great care of us while getting the roof replaced. We had tried to go with another company earlier last year, but that got stalled with our insurance, and we never made it very far. Bartlett came in after and followed up with us and our insurance until we got it all cleared. Once all that was done, the actual roofing process only took a few days. One to get the old shingles off and undercoating on, then the inspection, and the roof was finished the next day! The roof looks great and we are very happy with the results. They came around and cleaned up everything from around the house, triple checked and left it spotless. Very impressed, would use them again.

Lucas R. Is very knowledgeable about roofing business and helped us out every step of the way. If we had questions or concerns he was quick to respond with an answer. They were prompt in completing work and thorough in their clean up and care of our property. We would recommend Bartlett Roofing and ask for Lucas he knows the process from start to finish and cares about his clients. Thanks for our great looking roof with ridge venting. We love it!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new roof! Overall, we had a great experience with this company, largely due to Major taking over our account after an unexpected departure of the person who initially worked with us. We would highly recommend Major, he was proactive in managing the customer transition and proved to be an excellent communicator, taking the time to answer any and all of our questions. Also, Major recommended that we consider another color for our roof, and boy are we happy he did, it looks amazing! Finally, despite some issues with the production team overlooking their cleanup responsibilities, Major was quick to address the issue and came by to help cleanup. Can’t recommend this company enough!
