  Farmers Insurance recommended Talon Brown from Bartlett Roofing to me because they had worked with them before. Humorous and friendly is the best way to describe Talon. He really knows how to make people feel comfortable. My dog accepted him so i did too. Talon didn't respond to one of my texts, and that is the only bad thing i can think of. It's really not even that bad. The roofers were friendly and hardworking, but they showed up late the first day. The second day they were on time. I highly recommend Bartlett Roofing because they got a big job done in two days and it looks great! I love it! I don't have to worry about my roof for the next fifty years!

  I am so glad I called these guys. They were so great to work with. Talon was on time, helpful, super nice. He was very understanding of the situation concerning our roof due to the fact that we had two leaks and explained everything he did in-depth to me. I have only good things to say about Talon and the service Bartlett Roofing provided.

  I had a friend introduced me to Talon Brown with Bartlett roofing. I had a leak on my roof and nobody could figure out where it was coming from. I called several different roofing companies and nobody could figure it out. Talon was very knowledgeable and within 20 minutes we found the source of the issue. Not even the builder could find out where the leak was so I knew I was working with a professional. Talon then inspected my roof because I had some missing shingles, but I did not know how bad it was. I watched him and he was up there for several hours carefully inspecting my roof and when he came down he showed me pictures of all the damage and told me he could help me get it covered through my insurance. I was expecting maybe two bundles of shingles worth repairs, but Talon showed me over 200 spots where the wind had damaged the roof. I was not very impressed how long it took the insurance to get out to take a look. Talon met the adjuster and went over the damages with him on the roof. Talon did his homework and he got my whole roof covered by the insurance. We were also trying to sell my Mothers house in Dubois and Talon also got that one almost completely covered by the insurance. We were looking at several different companies who offered cash bids and weren’t too happy with any of them. None of them were willing to work with the insurance. It was late in the fall and we were battling cold temperature and snow and rain in the forecast. Talon made sure to adjust the schedule for us because we were selling the house and it needed to be re-roofed immediately. It was challenging but in the end the roof was done before the due date and the new homeowners were extremely happy with the roof. It was amazing that the roofers did my mothers house and my big house all in one day. The worst thing about my house was there was a wind that was carrying all the trash all over my property and into my neighbors fields. Even though the wind was blowing everything sideways the laborers made sure to collect all the debris and put it in their trailer. The new roof color looks amazing because it tones down the red on my house which my wife doesn’t really like and it brings out the gray in the stucco that we do like and complement the browns throughout our home. We even got an amazing free upgrade to deco ridge cap due to supply chain issues which just turned into good luck for us. The worst thing about roofing is all the nails everywhere but luckily they all got picked up by magnets. I highly recommend Bartlett roofing because they are very knowledgeable in working with the insurance. They are extremely knowledgeable in the installation and the material used for the installation.
