  My association hired Barry Roofing to do the roof. - They have placed the heavy bundles on our roofs, on the ridges, and while waiting for the day to start the work, I got water pouring in my home as the ridge vents ( metal ) ended up broken. Work started week and a half later. That part was ok, roof looks good, no leaks, looks ok. - Since then, I only have my HO send someone in to repair the drywall but not to paint the ceiling as it is "not the associations responsibility". And I agree it is not, but it is Barry Roofing's responsibility as they have made the damages to my property in the installation process. On the other hand that my HO is not doing much to get to the bottom of this, I have reached out to the Berry Roofing to address my concern and see of they can step up and own the damage they have made, NOPE. Their answer is "talk to your HO". Bad review goes to them for unproperly planning and placing materials on our roofs, leaving those for a week and a half and causing damages, AND for not stepping up and owning the responsibility. Definitely on the way to leave a review to my HO as well as they have been big part of my problem with lack of communication with Berry Roofing. This matter is going on for 4 months now, my ceiling still not painted. 2/18/21 Update, new leak showed up on the ceiling this morning. Went around to check the spot outside, lot of ice in the gutter and from my experience, they might have missed to install the ice & water shield on that part as well as the snow was melting a bit yesterday and the level of the ice was 1-2 feet up to the slope. I will check it out closely when ice melts completely.

  Not happy I go to leave for work they pretty much barricaded me in and besides using my electricity for power tools they set up a kitchen in my yard on top of my flowers and bushes! Update my electrical was triple the normal amount I need a email address so I can send the pictures and the bill.

  Poor service, left a bucket of trash by my house and now I'm responsible for removing?? Also left roofing nails in my driveway and one punctured the tire in my car I had purchased 1 month prior to the roofing install. If zero stars were a choice that's what I would have given them!
