  Was going to buy a house that needed several repairs. When Matthew came to house he didn't disclose that he just did work for the seller the day before. After I found that out I would never hire him. I think he came to the house just so he could tell the seller what are plans were. Also knew he had no intentions in providing us with a quote since he took absolutely no notes, measurements, etc.
