  Our contractor ordered our window package from Bankston Lumber and it was delivered on September 28th. I quickly noticed that the amount/size of windows received did not match the number of openings. We were missing five windows, but received three additional windows in sizes we did not have openings for. I told our contractor and over two months later we still don't have our missing windows. I understand that the pandemic has caused a slow down in production/delivery and that certain supplies are low, but we should have received our order correctly the first time. We also received two in correct sized interior doors from our door/trim package. I get it, mistakes happen, but at this point my contractor has yelled at them, my husband has yelled at them and we continue to receive promises of "it'll be on the next truck, etc. etc." and still no windows. Building a house is already stressful, building a house during a pandemic has turned into a nightmare.

  Customer service is terrible. I called to get a quote and one guy had to hand phone to someone else because he didn’t know anything. The guy who picked up was very rude. Prices are also much higher than competitors.
