  Mr. Banks was a very likable man but when it came down to doing the work it took forever for them to get us scheduled. Took half of our money but never heard from them until we started to get in touch numerous times. Finally got them to come do the work but few things were not finished or needed repair and we could never get them back out to finish. Not sure what their issues are but I would not recommend them to anyone. It’s like they don’t care. We want to like them but we’ve given up, extremely poor business to deal with.

  Awesome people , excellent craftsmanship..i dont normally do this and to be clear i was employed by banks and they are super nice people but as of late the customer service has completely dropped off and clients are being left with a bad taste in there mouths in regards to the owner's lack of priorities for their needs im not sure if it is due to health problems or just a lack of interest in serving clients his best game but ether way i can no longer indorse this as the great company i once believed it to be and tried my best to adhere to the standards of quality i believed was expected...
