  My wife and I own a single-story, 3-bedroom Ranch home that needed a complete kitchen/dining remodel after 30 years. We selected Banks Remodeling based on word of mouth, reviews and photos of their work. Josh’s first visit was key. We needed to creatively increase the footprint of the space without removing walls, and wanted to use the existing framework for a specific built-in refrigerator. Josh also came up with an option for a built-in, slide-out broom/storage closet within the same wall. His solution became the basis for the final design. We were absolutely thrilled with how much space this saved! He suggested consistent flooring throughout the rest of the main floor which created a nice, open aesthetic to our home. We did most of the demo and some of the painting ourselves and they kept schedules flexible for this. The Banks Remodeling team are highly skilled individuals who perform high quality work while communicating throughout every step in the process, specifically Tate and Micah. We were working from home during this time and not once did they make us feel like we were in the way (even though we were sometimes), they always answered questions (which we asked frequently) and they often asked for our opinions on details. These folks are friendly, trustworthy and are true professionals who focus on fine details and take pride in the results. Banks’ sub-contractor partners are also top notch. Every project takes a few turns and this one was subjected to COVID supply chain issues, BUT they still met the quoted time and costs AND the final product exceeded our expectations, a real transformation! While there may be others that are less expensive, Banks Remodeling will outperform them with EXCEPTIONAL value based on quality, level of trust and overall experience. It speaks for itself. Whenever a conversation comes up about remodeling, we immediately recommend Banks!

  This is my second time working with Banks Remodeling. First time was to remodel our master bath around 2012. When I downsized last year and saw the master bath, I knew Josh and crew could transform it into something I would love and they did. They did a total remodel of the master bath, tore out the bathtub and put in a beautiful walk in shower. Tate is a tile genius! New floors, plumbing and vanity. In the rest of the main level they removed all of the old tile and carpet and replaced it with beautiful LVP and lowered the kitchen bar and replaced the countertop so it is all one level which totally opened up the main floor. Everyone that works for and with Josh is top notch. Very polite, very careful and neat. I HIGHLY recommend them for any remodeling project.
