  Do not use this company unless you want to go to jail for insurance fraud! They offer to "pay your insurance deductible" if you hire them to replace your roof. Highly illegal!!!! The work they do is awful, they leave a huge mess for you to clean up and never come back to finish the job. Just take a judgment out on you for not paying the final balance. Which they did illegally also! I cannot believe they are still in business and the FTC hasn't shut them down! Stay Away From this scam of a company!

  I worked with Mitchell Hines regarding my roof damage and replacement. Mitchell went above and beyond to make my experience stress-free. Everything went exactly as explained. The crew who actually performed the replacement was a very well organized and professional group. they were finished with my roof in a few hours, and left my home cleaner than they found it! Most Importantly, I love my new roof! I would highly recommend BCG, and Mitchell Hines, to anyone in the market for a new roof!

  I am not particularly satisfied with the professionalism and wish the subcontractors were supervised while working in my yard. The HOA at Glenwood Green condos hired this company to repaint the buildings in the community. The subcontractors working in my yard have completely destroyed my crops growing in my garden bed (it took me months to grow my corn, tomatoes, and pumpkin) and they have been destroyed after I sent an email asking the subcontractors to work safe and carefully. Even my plants being grown in containers have been knocked over and stepped on with no regard. It’s as if they are rushing through each yard to get the work done and not being considerate of anything. The subs don’t speak any English (or pretending not to) so you can’t ask them any questions about what they have done in the yard. They have left debris behind (Wood chips, paper, plastic, etc) from working which took 3 days for them to come back and clean after I emailed a complaint. My dog was unable to use the yard while I waited for them to clean it back up. They should not have left it in that condition. The work site should be cleaned each day, especially if work is being done at someone’s residence. They also left the gates down each time until they came back the next morning which granted everyone access to each other’s yards (which is completely unsafe). Lastly, my bucket is also missing from my yard. Honestly, I would not have any company that does this, working unsupervised if this is the after math of the job they have completed. The paint job doesn’t even matter if your yard gets destroyed in the process. Not cool.
