  We had an exceptional experience working with Mike Baacke and his team. When we moved into our house, we knew the roof needed to be fixed, and Mike came highly recommended from several friends. When he came out to take a look he was professional, gave us a thorough assessment, and worked us into his schedule. When heavy rain exacerbated the existing damage in the roof, Mike came out in the rain and laid tarp over the roof to minimize the water coming into our house. He also also adjusted his schedule to fix our roof days later, completing the entire project in a single day. The quality of the work was exceptional, and the price was very reasonable. We would trust Mike with future projects and are grateful for his responsiveness, which saved us from facing further damage on our house.

  Mike and his crew redid my roof, which included replacing the plywood, in just two days. They were very professional and polite, and were thorough in both the craftsmanship of the job and in the cleanup afterwards. Mike is very responsive and competent, and charges fair prices for high quality work. I highly recommend Water Tight Home Improvements for anyone looking to have work done on their home!

  Hired Water Tight to convert an adjoining bedroom into a closet to make a master ensuite, they did the job quickly plus it now looks like it was originally built that way. They also installed five new windows that look like they originally came with the house as well. Crew cleaned up was so remarkable as you couldn't tell they were there. Very hard working and do not seem to drag the job out. Mike walked us through the final inspection pointing out the details of the work to make sure we were satisfied before final payment. Would highly recommend
