  Before my wife and I purchased an 80 year old home in Maryland, we knew we needed to get it thoroughly inspected. Being familiar with home inspections/inspectors, and through due diligence, we found Jim Kasterko w/ B-Sure Home Inspections. Jim arrived early, spent many hours crawling, climbing, testing and operating everything in our new home. We have a crawl space with 4 chambers with access from one to the other that seemed big enough for a dog to get through, but so did Jim. His knowledge of home systems; electrical, plumbing, HVAC and overall operation of a home were quite impressive and his local and state knowledge were equally impressive and helpful with our new location. We highly recommend Jim Kasterko w/ B-Sure Home Inspection, he was well worth the wait and cost.

  Wonderful company ! They provide a very detailed and easy to read inspection report . Jim answers all your questions and concerns. I highly recommend them, a very honest and reputable company conveniently located in Southern MD.
