  Very professional, overly communicative staff, and proactive. They knew just exactly what to do without me needing to know what questions to ask. They were efficient, on time, and left no trace. I've dealt with roofing companies that were sloppy and rude, B&M were the exact opposite. Quite refreshing.

  I recently worked with Brendan (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) to review my needs for addressing a newly-noticed roofing leak. Brendan was professional, gracious, and most critically for me - flexible with my limited availability. I was impressed with his willingness to accommodate my scheduling needs, and so appreciated his help in addressing my roofing leak in a prompt and professional manner.

  Do NOT hire this company. They broke my ac. I had to call them to ask why, they said their guys messed up and things happen and it will be fixed asap. That was three or so weeks ago. The site manager told me he was under the impression that it was fixed. The ac men come back Tuesday and cant do anything yet. I get a call from Chris telling me to stay home from work Thursday for his ac guys. When the ac guys tell me they are not going to work on my unit until further notice, Chris the manager then tells me "I dont know what to tell ya" Three weeks of no ac, and getting the run around.
