From the initial inspection/quote and subsequent recommendations, to the work itself, B&M Roofing exceeded my expectations. The crew was very professional and respectful of our property, and the communication with me after the work was completed was much appreciated. I was very happy with the quality of work as well! Will absolutely call them when my roof does finally need replacement.

We had B&M Roofing do an inspection as requested by the potential buyer of our home. This inspector never came inside our home to check for any water damage, evidence of a roof leak etc. of which there are none. We have never had any issues with our roof. The inspector is recommending a complete reroofing with a cost of $20,000. My husband is a contractor with over 50 years of experience including building of home and has seen no evidence of any issues with the roof such as water damage, leaky roof etc. To us this “ inspection “ was merely a scam to garner unneeded business from the “uniformed and uneducated “ population. We have filed a complaint with the BBB.

All of our inspections are performed by professional roofing inspectors with 30 plus years roofing experience based on roofing only not general contracting. All of our inspections come with color photos of evidence proof. We are also more than happy to come and show you all the issues that may have come up on your inspection. Just because a roof does not leak inside the home does not mean the roof is in good condition. We have earned the spot to be a perferred roofing inspector for every major real estate office in Tucson Az because of our thorough inspections and commitment to honesty. UPDATE We were able to locate the report for your home. We have photo evidence that the roof system does not meet current code requirements at parts of the tile installation (head lap is insufficient per code requirement) and photo evidence of aged underlayment. Your roof system is 32 years old. Average life expectancy for this system is 25-30 years in our climate given you have the minimum grade required underlayment. We are sorry that your home needs a new roof while you are trying to sell, we know this can be upsetting. However the roof is 32 years old. We are happy we could inform the buyer and give them a professional inspection so they know what they are getting into, just as you would want purchasing your next home.

Fantastic, professional, affordable, I have had great experiences both professionally and personally with B&M Roofing. These folks won't have you overpaying, you will get straightforward information on what your roof really needs, and won't have to overspend. I always appreciate their candor.
