  My project has been paid for, but not completed. When I have tried to call Shane (over 10 times) he will not return my calls to finish the job. I have called the business phone, left messages, as well as his personal phone (which his voicemail isn't set up). I have sent numerous text messages with no response. The other other course of action I have is to pursue legal action to recoup my money for someone more reliable to complete my job. Shane advised me how clean they were and always cleaned up after themselves. They ruined my new toliet lid, chipped holes in my new bathtub (which was the original reason I had the tub replaced) ruined my vacuum cleaner they used to clean up their mess, stained my concrete outside, stained my front porch with white plaster. Not to mention that I had to pay someone TWICE to clean all the dust that they created from sanding my ceiling. That was over $300 additional out of my pocket to clean up the mess they made. (Which they made it look worse than it was) This is also what he promised to come back and finish and never did. Shane also advise me that if my projects were not completed within a week, that he would take off $50 a day. It has been months now and by his math, at this point, he owes me money. He also had to send a gentleman 3 times to fix the drywall on the outside of my tile. It looked horrible! Shane finally came back and fixed it himself after 5 phone calls and pictures being sent to him. The tile is not even. It sticks out in places. In someplaces the grout is grey, in some places it is white and some have a red or brown tint to it which makes it look like he mixed it with mud. Ridiculous! I had to purchase tolols from Harbor Freight and complete my bathroom myself. My living room ceiling is still not finished. It has globs of plaster all over it and he still hasn't fixed it. "Personal issues" prevented him from coming back to finish the job. Although all issues seem to be worked out, he still hasn't returned my calls or text messages to fix the mess he has made. Not to mention he wouldn't even show up until around noon everyday. What kind of construction company do you know that does that? Exactly! None. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. I would never recommend them.

  Brian and Heidi have handled a number of renovation projects in our home this year. They do excellent, well finished work in just about any construction category. We have had them do complex carpentry, plumbing and electric projects and their workmanship is excellent. Pricing is very fair.
