  I contacted Azul using the Angi website and got a quick response with an accurate ETA by their representative, Jack. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and decided to do the majority of the repair right then since it mainly involved resetting the displaced tiles. Those that were broken he was able to replace with tiles from less critical locations which will be repaired in the near future per our agreement. Not only did Jack replace the tiles where the belong but he also taught me how to do it should this happen again. I would certainly hire Azul Roofing to work on my home again and recommend them for your job.

  I contacted the company to fix some things on the roof, after I got a quote and signed a contract we set the date of repair for another 6 weeks. Since then I have not heard from the company for 11 weeks and finally after the reach out, they have not even offered me compensation for the time of waiting, and lack of professionalism. Shame and disgrace of customer service, suggest not to work with them, beyond that they are also very pricey

  I had a roof leak a few years ago and Eric Perry with Azul Roofing met with me to inspect it. It was the underlayment that was wearing away, so we set up a time to have it repaired. He was honest and VERY knowledgeable about roofs (said he has been in the industry since he was 13!) and the pricing was incredibly fair. I received two other estimates and he was by far the best price for the service we received. Very happy client!
