  I had a minor roof repair job (non emergency) that simply needed a handful (5) of shingles and the corner of one vent re-nailed down after a windstorm. Crew was good and the work was completed quickly and in a professional manner. However, when I received the bill, I was more than shocked. The total job took one hour and no materials were required. The charge for the one hour of work was reasonable but, in addition, there was a very large charge (3 times the cost for the actual work) included as a "minimum to come out to your property" which was certainly not clear to me before I had them come. They were not willing to make any adjustments after I called to complain. If you hire this company, make sure you understand exactly what the total price will be. As for me, I'll look elsewhere next time - if I can't trust a company for the easiest job they could ever have, how could I trust them for a big job? I had a minor job that didn't seem to require wasting everyone's time with the whole inspection/estimating process and they took advantage for an easy payday. Shame on me for expecting more integrity.

  Excellent customer service. Extremely professional, very willing to explain where all installation of gutters would placed on our church to several different groups. Work was completed on time. Would recommend to any organization or homeowner.

  Avondale Roofing Company carried out its responsibilities in a pleasant, professional manner. A leak on the porch roof and beginning of disintegration on the roof over the family room and the roof over the garage lead to complete roof replacement in these three areas. A very detailed description pre-empted the project citing safety procedures, roof preparation, insulation application, membrane application and accessory metal. Before and after photos were taken and photos of the work in progress conveyed the honesty of their observations. They are very knowledgeable of their craft and taught me a lot. All personnel connected with the project were pleasant and answered any questions. A down payment of 50% was expected and the balance due when the project was done.
