They made my roof replacement quick and painless. It was affordable and the pricing was very clear.  The guys who did the repair were very polite and did a wonderful job cleaning up after the job was complete. I have not found a nail or old shingle in my yard. The roof looks amazing!

Found Juan and his team at Avatar on Google when I was looking to get my roof inspected after a major storm in Tampa. The next day they came out and gave a pretty decent quote and we were able to make a deal to get the project started about a week later! Overall, pretty good company. Would recommend if you are needing an inspection or repair.

I had another company do the flat roof on the front of my house. It leaked almost immediately. I had that company come back three times, still leaking just the same. Juan, from Avatar Roofing came over and looked at the work that had been done and saw at once the mistakes that had been made. He took pictures so that he could show me and explain to me the problem and the solution. Wonderful work! Avatar brings you peace of mind.

Way to go Avatar roofing. I had a great experience with Avatar, Don my sells rep took care of me, great price, installers did a great job even with the rain delay. Once we had a clear day, the job was completed with some quickness. I would recommend Avatar roofing, oh wait I already did lol. My neighbor is getting his roof done in two weeks, he saw what a great job they did and he wanted to jump on it. Thank you, Juan, for the install and Don for hooking me up and making sure all nails were off my property after the job was done.

I waited a couple months and a couple good storms to write this review, the roof not only looks great and cosmetically perfect,, but also passed the test of the last couple good hard rains we had a little while ago here in Tampa Bay, Juan, (the owner),  and his staff were very courteous and knowledgeable, they have done the roof in a good number of houses in the subdivision we live in, they take care of everything from start to finish including the permits, good competitive prices, and way cheaper than big retailer stores with the same products they offer, no left over roof nails scattered on the driveway, ( a huge issue with other companies), they even go to the adjacent neighbor yards to pick up the ocasional debris after the job is done. I will definitely recommend Avatar Roofing to everyone I know. Thank you Avatar Roofing.

The owner, office manager and the roofers are very hard working, trustworthy and everything that was discussed and in the contract was done!  I would definitely recommend them.

I had a new roof installed by Avatar Roofing last week.
Their prices were very competitive with the other quotes I received.
The entire procedure went very smooth.
Their communication was excellent, from the office staff to the owner of Avatar Roofing and crew.
Although I had wood replacement, the pictures that were sent to me were detailed enough and showed where the wood was replaced.
The crew finished my roof in 2 days and  I couldn't be more pleased with their cleanup!

Impressive from the time they came out to give me an estimate to when they completed my roof.

I debated giving Avatar a higher review but was disappointed after the job was over.  I noticed a small piece of flashing under the soffit had left an opening under the roof.  I called the salesperson twice asking him if they would send out someone to make what appeared to be a minor repair.  I also told him I would pay them to fix it assuming it wasn’t their responsibility.  He told me on both occasions he would get back to me shortly but never returned my call.  I hope the roof installation is of a high quality though only tome will tell because I don’t think this company is likely to respond to any problem calls.

Avatar Roofing would like to make it clear on this review that what Steve is talking about had NOTHING to do with the roofing installation nor was it in his contract to make a repair on an existing condition before we even started the roof.

Our roofing crews do not install or repair soffits.  Don explained that this  type of work is handled by a subcontractor/handyman.  We specialize in roofing only.

Don, the salesman, went above and beyond selling.  Steve requested that he wanted his lead boots painted flat black and the GRV vent, which was ordered in black with a shiny factory finish, to be painted a flat black.  Don offered to go buy the paint and paint them himself.  Steve also requested that his stained chimney cap be painted too.  Don painted the lead boots and GRV vent but couldn’t paint the chimney cap due to it being high above the 2nd floor and near the edge of the roof.

Don said his understanding was that Steve would also contact a handyman to paint the chimney cap and said that while the handyman was there to paint the chimney cap he could also repair the soffit.  We  did not hear from Steve again until his review.

Steve left no review for the actual work that Avatar Roofing did.
