  My Tarping Cherry Load .. 1st Time EVER to Tarp .. Took me 2.5 hrs to get everything DOT Regs & Personally Comfortable to Roll. Originally didn't have the Second Required Strap for Front & Rear .. 16 Pallets of Shingles so I had to use both Tarps.

  Called to find out if I could pick up a load from here. The first woman was sweet and told me I had to call shipping. I called shipping and a guy answered. I asked about loads and he said to me that he don’t book loads, Ryder does the loads for them. I asked how do I go about getting in contact with them… he says they not looking for anybody else and just hangs up 😤 how rude can you be. I never said anything rude for you to be rude back.. I am really upset and disappointed in the customer service here
