  Adam their project manager who has been roofing for 2 decades did this "repair". Paid for 400 square ft of wood and shingles and got a 4 foot by 2 ft piece of wood. I asked for the repair in March. Didn't come out until mid July. Left the bad wood as you can see in the pics. It's warping up so bad you can see it from the yard and it still leaks! But hey, at least he bought me a tarp and never called back! The owner told me he doesn't guarantee his work. Refused to fix or pay me back. No one in this company will call you back. They purposely kept sending my insurance agent the wrong bids and wouldn't correct it.

  Paul was great to work with. He made the process with the insurance claim simple and smooth. I will definitely recommend Atlas to friends and will be using them again.

  When wind blew a sizable portion of my shingles off, I contacted Atlas Home Solutions to assist. Paul came out and did all the leg work to ensure the proper resolution with insurance. Not once did Paul waver in answering any of my questions. Paul was always responsive and my best advocate when it came to dealing with the insurance company. Highly recommend Atlas and Paul for their service and expertise. Roof looks fantastic. Thanks again!!!
