I work with Atlas on projects fairly frequently. They are prompt and have good communication habits as well. Couple that with a strong warranty and people who stand behind their work and you get a winning team here in Las Cruces!

I had my roof replaced by this company a few years ago but a month later when the rains started again, there was a leak in my house. They came to repair and found that they didn’t fully seal the area around the piping in the first place. The issue was addressed but that wasn’t a good start. Now, a few years later, the roof is starting to drip black tar over the side of my house from the shingles and sticking to the side of the house. I’ve been waiting for over a month and they have yet to get someone out here to address this issue. They’ve responded once last month but have not followed up. Black tar still dripping more and more. I hope they see this and address this issue as soon as they can.

Even though I was a very "nervous Nelly" client our home improvement project was a huge success! I want to thank the girls in the office Eileen and Kati for being so patient with me. We had our roof resealed and air conditioner replaced. When we discovered that our duct work would need to be replaced and that would delay the final sealing of the roof work I was concerned. I didn't need to be, Gabriel and the crew went above and beyond to get our job finished and they did a great job! Thank you Cecil for having such a great company! 10-31-18 UPDATE After several rains our roof needs to be repaired. The coating they put on is peeling and coming off in a couple of spots. Mr. Campbell came out and looked and said he would send someone out the next week. That was over a month ago! Called again yesterday and my husband was told he would need to communicate by email. Sent them an email today and we're still hoping this issue will be resolved.
