  In all my 50 years of having work done I have never encountered such poor professionalism. Tipp was paid by insurance money and it took forever to get the roof it was wrong color. He offer to compensate by giving us a $1,000 refund. My husband and I are both over 70 years old . He lives 4 doors down from us and passes by our house several times a day. Beware because you will not be able to collect . This has now been 2 years. Be sure to make a complaint with the BBB

  I gave Asset Roofing over $3,500 of insurance money and $1,000 of my personal money for a deposit to replace my roof through a State Farm Insurance claim in March of 2020. I was told to hurry up and get the deposit there so they could get materials ordered for the job. I am still without a roof over 15 months later. I have heard all the stories from my phone calls with Tripp Allison, the owner, and the secretary. The co-owner embezzled and took $90,000 from the company, but I was assured from the secretary that they would get to me soon. I have made constant phone calls to be told that I would be next on the list or they would be doing my job in two to three weeks. I started out patient and after a year, I have had it with this company. Tripp, the owner, assured me that he would get my job done. I called the company number yesterday, nobody answered, and the voicemail was full. I called Tripp's personal phone number and did not receive a return phone call. I am very upset that I see on the Google review site that he has completed jobs within the last couple of months and not completed mine. I have asked for my money back repeatedly, and was told by Tripp that he does not have it. I have made phone call after phone call, trying to get this job started. Tripp even told me that he was having a difficult time feeding his children to get jobs completed. Cry me a river. I am a school teacher who contracted this as a single person at the time. $1,000 on my income is hard to come by. So, beware of using this company! I plan on the only recourse that I have, which is to file a complaint with the Caldwell County magistrate's office. My husband and I are both fed up. Our roof is really old and needs replacing. We want to do other repairs, but now we may have to use any money we have saved to pay for a roof out of our personal funds. Tripp Allison, you should be ashamed. This company deserves NO STARS!!!!!!

  Hands down best roofing company in the hickory area! I've worked for other roofing contractors in the area over the years, and this company blows the competition away. The communication with homeowners, the way the employees are treated, the quality of work, the warranty, are all second to none! Give us a call, you won't be disappointed with Asset Roofing!
