  Company was very responsive on updating on the day roof would be completed, there were some rain delays. Team showed up early on day of the job, members were well mannered and explained the job and confirmed job details before starting. Job was completed by 3 and everything cleaned up very well. Very pleased and happy with the roof

  Awesome work ethics & spectacular service. Prompt & very nice group of workers. They immediately started covering all my plants and delicate outdoor furniture. Very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. I absolutely LOVE my new roof. The cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend this company. A special thanks to Sean, Ashley, & Brian! You guys are the best. I interviewed a few roofers initially but Ashley's Roofing & Siding came prepared with pictures & thoroughly answered my numerous questions. And most importantly the pricing was fair.Our roof & spouting/gutters are GORGEOUS. Again, THANK YOU GUYS!

  Update : 09/15/2020 This revision is a bit overdue, however, better late than never. Due to Google's character limit, this will overwrite the original review. I've decided to revise our rating from 5 stars to 3 stars for various reasons which are outlined below. TL;DR Due to issues with our siding and a lack of communication and overall care after the initial job was completed, my wife and I lowered our rating on this company. In October, 2019 we had a mishap where I damaged the trim piece above the garage door. I contacted Josh directly, the gentleman who did the job. After a few weeks, he came out to give us an estimate on the repairs. $50 - no big deal. After two failed appointments (no call - no shows) I contacted Ashley Roofing directly. After a couple of emails, Ashley made it evident that our repair job was low priority and they would get to it whenever they could and we would be contacted in the future about setting up a date. Understandable since it was purely a cosmetic issue. However, in one of the emails sent from Ashley there was a moment of unprofessionalism which I didn't appreciate. After a few months, a truck with two workers unexpectedly showed up at our house and started to set up their equipment to start the repair. No call, no email, no appointment; nothing. As I was not home, my wife told them that I needed to be present while they were working and they promised to come out Saturday, July 18th. Saturday came and no one showed. No call, no contact of any kind. Then there are the other issues we've had over the last few months with the siding itself. We initially noticed the siding piece under the main front window of the house was severely sagging and flapping in the wind. Upon further inspection, I noticed the installer had used caulking to 'glue' the piece together to hold it up. During the hot weather, the caulking became gooey and separated creating not only aesthetic issues but presented the opportunity to allow water to easily be collected. I do not personally do this type of work, however, I do know that caulking is not primarily an adhesive. As this piece was 'glued' on the inside, any type of construction adhesive should have been utilized without the worry of compromising aesthetics. I contacted Ashley directly via email about these issues and I have not received any sort of response. After recommending this company to others and hiring them again last October to roof a rental property my family owns, this is the treatment we get; carelessness and lack of acknowledgement. However, I guarantee if I were to have called a couple of months ago about another $11k siding job, they would have been a little more eager to help. Overall, our house still looks nice and this revision isn't to point the blame at any one individual nor is it intended to slander or defame the company. This revision/amendment is to update and inform current and future customers based solely on our experience. In my opinion, the term "good work" should extend beyond the initial quality of work and should also imply great customer service. In our experience, there was a lack of customer service and a lack of communication. I've changed our rating from a 5 to a 3 to reflect this as my wife and I believe this is fair relative to our overall experience with Ashley Roofing and Siding.
