  I was pleased with the work Asher had done with my parents house and decided to check in to gutters for my house. Kyle and Josh installed gutters and helmet protectors to our house and I am very happy with their work and it looks wonderful. From the time I had ordered them to time of installation was very fast. I gave this as a gift to my husband for his birthday and his response was that he wouldn't have to clean them anymore and saves him time and effort to clean. Also, the lifetime warranty is a bonus. Brent, our sales person was friendly, kind and very informative. I would recommend their services. Thank for the great quality and service.

  I ordered windows in March or early April of 2021 and was told that they would be ready sometime in August or no later than Sept for installation. When I called in Sept they said that they were waiting for more parts so would contact us and would have them installed in October. October and Nov came and went and no one communicated to me for installation. Finally near Christmas they said they could come the Monday after Christmas when I called them to inquire, but we had company so I couldn't have them there over the holiday week. I was told this would be a 2 to maybe 3 day job. They started the end of Jan and never showed up on Friday to finish. I called. They said they would send someone out on Sat again I said no we have company and plans then when we woke up in the morning there was a truck outside waiting to come in on Sat. It took at least two more appointment days with just one person to complete this job at the end of March. The quality of windows is very nice but they had to fix the trim on two windows which had quarter inch gaps between the wall and window. The last guy that came to finish was great. He communicated well with us and fixed issues. I believe his name was Matt? When the job was finished my bill statement had an April 1 date on the invoice and a note stating if not paid in 10 day in full there would be a $15 charge plus interest. I received the bill on April 12th so I better not get charged anything. I should be able to do what they did and wait to pay. I was paying on these windows since April of 2021 and the project was completed end of March 2022. That is just not right. Also most contractors would insert a thank you for your business no they just put in a referral form which I threw away. I spoke with one of my colleagues and they recently experienced the same lack of communication with this company after signing on for a large project. So my rating this company low is due to the very poor communication and unkept promises. oh also the sales person came to our place on a sat then on Monday they offered a better savings plan but refused to let me receive that offer just 48 hours after I signed on Sat. I wanted to cancel then and there and now I wish I would have. On a good note the quality of these windows are excellent so we are happy with the end product just not the path to which it took to reach the end product.

  Kyle & Josh arrived on time, were friendly and efficient. Got the new gutters and Gutter Helmets installed quickly and properly despite inclement (cold!) weather. They were an excellent crew and we are grateful for their professionalism.
