  I was very disappointed that the communication was poor. I was told that the crew was coming, then informed they were not coming an hour later but they showed up at my home unexpectedly the next morning. They did not finish in one day as I was told that they would and clean up in my back yard was nonexistent. The crew was told to be careful in the back yard, but they left it a wreck. They left and did not communicate that they would return the following day to finish cleaning. I had to contact the initial contact to inform him that they did not finish the job as agreed upon and left without even telling me that they were gone. I also found beer cans all in my yard which indicated that they were drinking alcohol while replacing my roof. The service provided in the last 72 hours of working with this company was horrible. I would not recommend this company at this time.

  As we had discussed they were not finished with the job. I do apologize again about the communication, it was not up to our usual standards - I will admit- as we were helping tornado victims thoughout the night and all that day. As per your request we expedited your whole roof replacement quickly and efficiently.. Again sorry you were disappointed on build day but you did tell me you loved the roof, you only told me it was clean up and communication. I arrived as quickly as I could Saturday morning, the next day, and the crew was already there cleaning up. A wreck might be going a little far, not to my standards and obviously yours I definitely agree with. I see the pictures from early Saturday morning you sent me ( definitely not finished cleaning) and that is upsetting and I know your main concern was your dogs, I love dogs too. They stayed till dark on Friday night cleaning as best they could. Again I do apologize for your unhappiness

  I used Ascend Roofs for roof replacement after a storm. Extremely professional, very easy to work with, helped me understand the insurance process and everything involved. I had to do very little. The replacement itself was quick, easy, and they cleaned up very very well. Highly recommend Ascend Roofs !! -Zach F

  My Family experience with this company was awesome! Very professional work and we love our new roof. It took two days which was fast! They kept in contact with us through the whole process, after it was finished they inspected the roof one last time and made sure it was all done properly. I would recommend them to everyone if you have damage or just want something fresher or a new look!!
