  My next door neighbors had their roof replaced by “Artisan Quality Roofing” and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. The 1st thing that caught my eye was an enclosed trailer that was neatly organized and was full of everything that you may need while replacing a roof. That meant no side trips to pick up supplies. They finished the neighbors roof in one day and it looks great. So I decided to have them do my roof that was very complicated and it was also a double roof. Their staff was very helpful and within 4 days they sent out someone to give me an estimate on the roof. He spent some time going over how their team worked and how they evaluated the roof to ensure that they did not over order on materials. They scheduled my roof replacement for about 2 weeks later and during that time they kept in constant contact with us to let us know what the next steps were and what were needed to do before they came. Anytime I contacted them I was able to get immediate answers followed up in writing. Normally they are able to do a roof in one day, however, I expected 2 days do to the double roofing and that they were also replacing 3 skylights. At sunup on the day the work was to be performed, a crew showed up and the wrapped the house in tarps so that roofing material would slide away from the house and shrubs. when they were done the rest of the team came by with a dump truck, shingles and all the roofing supplies. By noon all the old roofing material had been removed and quite a few 4x8 sheathing panels had to be replaced since the roof was over 50 years old. Of course that was already in their trailer. no extra runs to the lumbar yard. 3 skylights and sheathing were down by 2 pm. Another crew that was working in Durham had finished their work, so they were diverted to our house to help finish up. By 5 o’clock the roof was done, debris removed, leaf blower cleanup and nails picked up with a magnetic bar. This is the best roofing company I have ever see. the task was handled very professionally from beginning to end. I have never seen a crew work with such team work and so hard. They put the Energized Bunny to shame! There was excellent communication and follow-up by the staff. Money well worth spent.

  I recently contracted Artisan Roofing for my roof replacement. From the very first contact, they were extremely professional and easy to work with. The process was clearly explained to me and the benefits of a new roof installed by Artisan demonstrated by an understandable and informative presentation. They worked closely with the insurance company and adjuster to assure my job was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. There was never a time during the process where I had any questions that weren't answered promptly. On installation day, the crew was on time and finished the same day so there was minimal interruption to our lives. Clean up was done quickly and completely. I highly recommend Artisan Quality Roofing for any roof related installation or repair. It is refreshing to d business with a company that does what they say the are going to do, keeps you informed during the process and completes the job on time. Thanks to Abel, Dustin, Amy and all from Artisan who helped make our experience pleasurable.

  Based on mouth of word from friends, I chose to go with Artisan. I am so much impressed with a quality of work this team has provided right from Day1 until closure. Team covering inspection, schedule, execution and closure process was so much responsive and timely. They took care of all precautions including covering even far away areas with tarp, covering outside furniture and cleaning every debri and nail post roof replacement. There was always someone available to provide answers to your question. The staff is super skilled. This team is highly recommendable if you are looking for roof installs or repairs.
