James and his team at Arrowhead were great! Very friendly. Did a great job removing and treating the moss on our roof. Cleaned the gutters and even did a great job of cleaning up when they’d finished. All at a very good price. We will definitely use them again. I highly recommend James and Arrowhead.

James and crew did a great job of getting the moss off my roof. They also took great care with the cleanup. I would highly recommend them and I already have to several people.

Forrest came out today to clean the moss of my roof, install some vent pipe boots and spray treatment. The whole experience was wonderful. Arrowhead Roof Cleaning did an excellent job for a competitive price (I got 4 bids). I have been cleaning my roof for many years and know what it takes. I am now getting a little old to be up on our two story roof and decided to hire a professional. James, at Arrowhead, is smart, hardworking and understands how to maximize shingle life while getting the moss removed. We also had them pressure wash our mildew stained white rain gutters and they look great! I highly recommend James and his crew at Arrowhead!

We found James @ Arrowhead through a search to find someone to clean the moss from our roof and clear our gutters.  James was quick to respond and setup an appointment with us to take a look at the job.  James put together the more than fair estimate and was up front that it was his busy season and it would be a couple weeks to get on the schedule.  James was able to fit us in quickly and his crew came out to do the work.  Towards the end of the job the wind had picked up quite a bit so they had to delay the application of the moss control.  His crew also let us know that they took great care with our older roof and were able to control any damage when removing the moss by taking their time.  His team came back a week or so later to finish the moss treatment.  When presented with the invoice it was exactly what we had agreed upon, there were no surprises. Everyone was great at communicating with us, treated us respectfully and did a good job.  We'll be having James handle the pressure washing of our house next.

James was such a breath of fresh air with his professionalism, concern for our needs and expertise in all aspects of the work we needed done. Our moss situation was most severe yet he and crew handled it brilliantly, in very swift time. Our roof is also very challenging, yet they had all the safety measures in place for the welfare of all concerned. His bid was below anyone else and yet the work done was beyond exceptional. They were/are our heroes in this day and age of needing heroes to survive. Thank you...Thank you...Thank you again!!!!
