  Mr. Jason from Arocon Home Improvement Company is one of the best sales person I have had the pleasure to work with for my roofing project. Back in Feb 2020, when I first realized that I would need a roof replacement, I contacted him and he came out to do a free estimate, but due to COVID, I did not have a chance to get the installation done until now. Mr. Jason has been incredibly patient through the whole ordeal, never pushed to have the contract signed right then and there. When I had questions regarding the new roof, he would always reply to my emails in a timely manner. To be honest, if you are looking for the lowest price on a new roof, Arocon will not be your first choice, but their customer service makes them well worth the difference (especially Mr. Jason). The cleanup after roof installation was also top notch; Jason used a special broom that picked up all the stray metal pieces and nails that fell onto my backyard and driveway. After completion, I noticed a few small aesthetic issues and when I called Jason, he showed up with his crew and fixed everything to my satisfaction. I am more than happy with my new roof, and in the future, when my sidings need replacement, Mr. Jason from Arocon Home Improvement will be my first call.

  I had a small section of my 17 year old roof repaired by this company in Apr. 2021 at which time I was told they'd be back and check to make sure everything is OK, which I didn't pay attention at that time. To my surprise they called me last week and gave me the date of inspection plus free gutter cleaning. Yesterday Mike and Chris came on time and did a "complete inspection" on entire roof not only the section repaired and did minor repair such as caulking on exposed nails plus thorough gutter cleaning. They took more than 100 pictures of the job they did and sent them by email several hours later so that I can see. Both of them are very knowledgeable, professional and very kind. I have been using gutter cleaning service from other companies but never had such experiences before. Their work from the beginning was impeccable including communication, quote, actual repair, and now promised one year post follow up. I would give them 10 out of 10, perfect score! Thank you Mike and Chris and all others involved at Arocon. Keep up the good work.

  We finally decided to replace our 25 years old roof. After much research we decided to chose AROCON Roofing and Construction. Their service was impeccable, timely, professional and the quality of work and materials first class. As part of this project we received two roof inspection and gutter cleaning.
