  This is a great company to work with!!! Everything from the first meeting to the last was professional and the work is top notch. We purchased a metal roof and new gutters. All questions were answered expertly and all of the work was done perfectly! I couldn't recommend this company more for any work you need! Thank you for the great job!!!

  No one returned my call. I was annoyed. If they neglect you now what's gonna happen down the road. Pittsburg area in general not good for contractor's. Be aware if your looking for a contractor.

  PLEASE READ MY RESPONSE IN ITS ENTIRETY AND PLEASE CALL ME FOR YOURSELF! YOUR PHONE CALL WILL BE RETURNED! Mention this review when you call and I will make sure you receive an additional discount! If you called here and your call was not returned I sincerely apologize! I am the only one who works in the office and pride myself on calling everyone back and delivering the best customer service. While It is not like me to not return a phone call, I am human and may have somehow missed calling you back. It would be nice to have a little more information to help me learn from this mistake. There is no name attached to this review so I have no way of even looking thru my call log or notes to know where I may have gone wrong in returning your call. I’m sure you have moved on with another contractor , but if you could find a moment to give me another call I would really appreciate it! I would love to apologize to you personally! Sarah ********I would like to follow-up to my original response that is posted above... I am human and most definitely can make mistakes. I’m happy to admit when I do and want to learn from those mistakes. I was happy to do so in this situation but this customer was called twice. The original phone call was received Sunday morning at 10:59 Am. The office was closed and did not re-open until Tuesday due to Memorial Day. I left this customer a message on Tuesday explaining that we do not perform the tasks he was looking to have done, but that I would try and find a referral for him. I called him again this morning and let him know that I was not able to find him a referral, but I did look for a few plumbers for him that had good reviews. He declined my offer and said “I hate when people advertise things that they don’t do. Pittsburgh is terrible for that”. I explained that we do not advertise plumbing. The tasks we complete are listed everywhere that we advertise. I asked where he saw that we do plumbing(if was listed somewhere, I wanted to have it remove). He declined to answer. His “Pittsburgh is terrible for that” comment led me to ask him if he left this review...he hung up on me! This review is not accurate or fair! He was called twice and in a very timely manor! I even tried to help him find someone to complete what we were not able to do for him. These review platforms are amazing and a great tool for everyone. They should not be abused by people who hide behind no name or fake names and leave false reviews!******* I do not want to offend anyone by this response, but companies need to start and call reviews/reviewers like this out! Please think carefully before leaving a good or bad review. Thank you to everyone who took the time to read my lengthy response. I really appreciate you taking the time to do so!
